I was a first time customer and a bit apprehensive, but sending a review as I had a great customer experience, with live chat during the sale, seamless ordering and excellent post sale communication, which was also personalised. The table was exactly as advertised, fantastic value for such a good quality product. The X frame is perfect as seats sit each side of it, so it’s not in the way of leg room. Identical in all but colour to tables I viewed at some of the larger chain stores, but for hundreds less. The courier was great too, rang in advance and was very friendly. Very pleased with our new table, it looks fabulous and the quality is top notch. The price is not cheap but once seeing it in person the price was not an issue as you really do pay for what you get! Great customer service also, table arrived in less than 1 week. Very professional company will buy again!

Top class sofa very high quality at a reasonable price, the electric recliner function is a real treat. The charcoal colour is not as dark as the photo's, more grey than black but looks great.
Delivery only took 4 days after ordering.
